        Do agree! the best way to learn is by experience! And “Today’s parents want their kids to grow up close to nature so they could have real, authentic natural experience”…

        Direct observation! It is the conscious events that make up an individual life… during growing up… literally most experience felt 100% real. When, one can categorize ‘experience’ as physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, religious, virtual…subjective, objective, and imperative or immediacy.
        Since, experience is the ultimate same and justification for all knowledge… which gradually produce the methods of intelligence called realm and science, a formidable evolutionary affair, when insatiable curiosity and hero worship rules individual mind...

        It is interesting, that all experience comes from the terms of association with realities and works mentally, emotional, psychologically and intellectually representing a situation and on the wings of its actions… Nature does not restrict this profound concept in all its aspect, and exult in the fact of having such powerful force which keeps the creation of the Universe together.

        Now, please drop to the depth of my decoded experiences! Let’s allow watching & drinking my preparation, from P4 (patience, passion, perpetual & private) syndrome, wearing the crown from the labor to the echelon of real experience.

        What I have learnt! Is my experience… mature or premature, complete or incomplete, academic or intellectual, official or social, personal or collective?

              “Nature always has every element to Surprise…”

        Begin with, my daughter’s say! ‘Baba, what you write daily’? Her ongoing query at the age of 6 plus, during Oct’2010 to remember!... ‘Does your school give more home work than me?’ But well acquainted, that I read during evening... & free time…

        One day, open an account at blogger (Oct’2010) with idea to write something for her…anything useful & helpful… That virtual initiative, evidently laid me this real journey to achieve the present status here at Blogger, appropriately satisfies my daughter’s curiosity & open a new dimension to experience & discover. Now she is aware, approaching 8 years and going to join class-III… 
        I experienced that! imparting knowledge is more important than developing the nature and personality…

        If I go back to my school days, I can remember some incident & subsequent experiences, which left lasting imprint on my personality & growing, given direction & extend to control of my identity. 

        I feel we were more close to nature & natural phenomena, in comparison to present generations… we were more involved in sports & games, although I achieved a level to represent all India Electricity board meets…gained self confidence from environment in different ways & means, what remains with me is the faculty of personality from specific activity for real life...

        Do you know the real delicacy of ‘borrowing’, rather stealing mangoes from neighbor’s big tree?

        I experienced this real adventure, along with my core child friends. It was at class ten. As per the plan, we meet to execute the operation on fixed date at 2.00PM onwards, although met at night. Everyone have their own duty. I have been entrusted to be at the midway of the tree for collection of picks with bags & help identification of mangoes, some at the ground for alert from any threats. 

        Till then, I don’t know how to see location of mangoes at night, without light and noise. But assured surprise by senior! Actually, when we were at respective position in tense condition, witnessed amazing reality! All mangoes were shining, due to reflection of moonlight, where the leaves are dark…

        Experience of ‘Aha’ …perfectly right, nature has its own majesty, made the task so spontaneous & easy. A real thrilling episode to mention here… Now can introspect of the natures suddenly awaken to knowledge… Successful conclusion of a tasty affairs.

        Thereafter, when I joined college & hostel, my father said a simple sentence; “Son, you are now grown and shortly leave to have your complete liberty and freedom! Remember and always take care, that none should come to me with complain that your son done this or that…” That very sentence takes my control from then onwards and still follows me wherever I go, at every aspect of my life, even if when he is not alive. It might sound silly at this point of my own journey.

        I experience not to worry too much about the content of information, but try to focus on the ability to handle the information…

        I always try to give axis to my special daughter, so that she can develop her three faculty; observation, comparison & association... allowing abstract intellect to the right conclusion.

        What happens! In the month of Nov’11 beginning, my daughter earnestly seek to have ‘Strawberry’. She is fond of all seasonal fruits and often changes preference. I don’t get it at our local fruit vendors, as per her demand. On the way back, rather purchased two saplings of strawberry @ 25/- each from my known nursery, which was shortly landed from Bangalore as hybrid variety. I explained her plan, how can she have it, and she became satisfied. I also have some curiosity, because my earlier attempt to grow at my control was not successful, due to quality of the seedlings…

        Without description see the gradual development… the picture 1 to 4 is a series of strawberry plant, condition after posting, then after about two months flowering, then rest two is self explanatory... the below pictures is reference of commitment, fulfillment, pleasure & satisfaction...

        Finally a conclusion that experience occurs functionally with perception of reflection or refraction; and in the psychic sphere as a result of objectivity or objectives… As knowledge involves the subjectivity and comes in contact with object & external objectivity, to assimilate it in existential feeling, as a process of experiencing knowledge. 
        It certainly not devoid of intellect or intuition rather facilitates all round progress as nature’s excellence. When we face certain hurdles in evolution…simply relate...All rivers flow into the sea losing individual identity… no longer bound by name and form... Merge with the Infinite...

        The Experiences is all there is, all there ever was, and the all there ever will be… for realization.

Ending for a new Beginning

Happy! The days of my working with DVC been ended in time

Basically, now all of my busy moments at desk is over forever

Online EBA access as an employee will be cease automatically

Left no change to either accuse nor able to utilise me anyhow

The last roll call been announce to bid my farewell, really well

Sense warm gesture at this Auditorium by the team of DVCian

The sound of silence of retirement is recording at my memory

Take some time and fall in the line to reboot a new life journey

As going sportingly to mark disassociation from all regulations

Though leaving a lot of attachment and my routine preambles

But taking away much more valuables, include fond memories

Wealth of skill, experience, knowledge and the liberty of time!

However left precious hope attached to our glorious enterprise

My work ends, tied with financial fitness and alternative means

Believe that, the degree of my personal gains was phenomenal

Now closely watch the progress of DVC with utmost attentions!

At this crucial juncture it’s not easy to come up with right words

My footprint of presence and layer of doings will gradually fade!

So lucky to correlate for a pretty long time being close associate

My flow will be on a focused network & an objectivity, be happy

It begin with realization! that an individual is truly nothing in DVC

But becomes everything when comes  to self, family & the society

My Retirement Speech

               My Retirement Speech on 31 st. August' 2019

Good Evening to respected Project Head, distinguish Admins, fellow retiring colleagues & the HR personnel’s mentoring the show. My special thanks to all loving DVCians be it executives, non executives or ex-employees present at the Auditorium. I wholeheartedly applaud my friends, guests & the family members who came to witness the celebration event. I also like to congratulate my beloved family for their relentless support to manage my office obligation for a pretty long time

It’s a privilege to associate with the biological event of my superannuation to address few words before you all, although I am not usually a public speaker

Today the wheel of my service tenure has come to a full circle, indeed a memorable journey of 34 years 6 months and 13 days. My personal timeline and bond with DVC appears to be a phenomenal journey in progression of life and living. I enjoyed the rare opportunity to born and grow with DVC resources and opportunities, became second generation employee and now closing my service as a source of delight, exactly an eventful memoir to cherish for a lifetime

Naturally, I wish to salute all ex-DVCians, whose relentless effort and exorbitant costs laid the foundation to build this august organisation at the gross level what it appears today, including my proud father who has been superannuated in early eighties from DVC Maithon. I express my gratitude to few personalities who encouraged, inspired or keep faith over the years to represent what I am today

Indeed DVC is a great organisation where one might feel fortunate to work here, as I have. It begins at Tilaiya Hydel on 19.02.1985. Next joined CM&ES at Maithon while gradually became SSK(PG ). Subsequently, worked at Maithon Division as Special Assistant (SC), lastly at CRITM under CTC as SA & SSK (PG). 

When I joined DVC it was a fulfillment of my family aspiration and alongside my hopes and dreams, but with growing time has long since vanished. However, I admit to get a decent living and reasonable space at workplace. So far personal achievement is concern it is being left for scrutiny and judgement based on imperial evidences spread over the departments & domains where I left my hand-prints

Let me arrange some highlights from experiences, such as exceptional acknowledgement from the honorable Secretary during 1997 for leading contribution in MM faculty at CM&FS, the CMM’s endorsement as best cadre after level-III MM training policy up to 1996, enjoyed close contact with the policy decision framework. Inventory management appreciated for scientific storage by CSVO, Implemented Central Excise Act-1944 formalities for about four years and saved 15 to 18K per annum. In course of redeployment persuade about 825 eviction proceedings under PP Act-1971 when attached to civil dept. Also responsive to almost every desk bound activity from MM curriculum to administrative coordination and communications. In sports represented DVC in All India Electricity Board meets in Volleyball twice, besides attained project representations in different games

I always tried to be within my principle and values, keep faith on effectiveness, do not relied on achieving position but focus on performance caliber. At Corporate point of view, whenever found necessary put forth my opinion to the competent authorities of the Corporation and every time achieved objective purposes

Finally, I understand retirement means promotion to one of the best roles of life, what matters is the process, the offerings, the gesture and the exclamation thereof. I will set a tone for distant DVCians with a compose for this day available at social sites...

It’s Energy! THAT, FAT, SAT…

        The Energy is the concentrated power which drives the cause to its purpose. An infinite working power in all achievement, like getting inert coal into fire or water transmute into steam…

        But energy to be productive, it must be carefully controlled and conserved; besides directed towards conceding good ends.

        So far, a new term conservation of energy is concern, expressive by principle in nature by which no energy is wasted or lost.

        As human being our energies also must work intelligently upon this concept, to be fruitful in results. So that it intensifies until it approaches to destiny… In agitation and excitement the mentality gets dispersed and during calmness, these appear to be a focus mentality & concentrated energy behind it.

        All knows that Energy is the foundation of prosperity, and without essential energy one can’t be at the temple of prosperity. But energy is a composite power, it don’t stand alone, rather involved in qualities which goes to the making of character of prosperity.

        These qualities are contained in characteristics like Promptness, Vigilance, Entrepreneurship, and Earnestness etc…

        When people are prompt and relied upon… it begets reliability, may not be regarded as economic value. The deliberation and dispatch are valuable aids of ‘promptitude’ in the achievement of prosperity.

        Whereas ‘vigilance’ is the protector of all the faculties and powers of the mind… with regard to actions, the effects & reactivity, according to the measure of giving for good.

        ‘Entrepreneurship’ brings cheerfulness and plenty… Industrious people are generally happy member of the community, not rich in terms of money but satisfied with what they do and have.

        It is the ‘earnestness’ dedicates the entire mind to its task, becomes dissatisfied with anything short of excellence or good, an indebitable impression to give the best without any doubt or misgiving…

        To engineer the post, taken instrumental working attitude of the “Power Industry”... That, Fat, Sat… seems both integral to existence of humanity. They represents as DAT- Design acceptance test; FAT-Factory acceptance test; SAT-Site acceptance test…A collaborative effort to ensure Generation, Transmission & Distribution of Power. The Power synchronizes energy and the Energy holds power... animate or inanimate; real or virtual… Similarly! Vibrates to gain power to experience the subjectivity, unite as an Observer, the process of Observation and Observed… save energy! through moral, mental, social /personal acceptance tests…

Today is one of the most cherished festivals being celebrated throughout the Country… even beyond... Diwali… Deepawali.. known as ‘Festival of lights’… synonymous with crackers, light, sound, rows of deep, candles...

All around there is a sense of happiness and brightness, a luminosity which surpasses all in its brilliance. As much as about joy & light comes from within and that which comes without… Enjoy the Delights of light...

Wish Happy Deepawali, the light & warmth may surround during this festival should find their way to your hearts, bring prosperity and live there forever.

Premeditate own Preference!

           Everyone carries solemn Preferences from the impulsive layer of thoughts, and each person is entitled, rather be allowed to have own preferences at their disposal.

        As per known parameters ‘Preference’ has a human attachment and a primitive option, which gives explanation for one preference or discrete choice, not a condition but ultimately becomes an intention… directed towards any object, subject, things or matter. Particularly, it’s not necessarily static over time, rather may realize as a dynamic will, modulated by decision making process. It can also be viewed as recourse of human wisdom ready to act… often comes in conflict with human wills, placing self interest.

        However, keeping in view of the observation that, this preference factor collectively divided us in numerous forms…and universal acknowledged norms…

        Therefore, any individual preference can’t be taken as granted! Yet do everyone is relent with their preference’s condition, objective or intention, before getting the preference proactive or allow exemplifying uncertainty? Does evasive control is indispensable, because like human relation it’s also mixed, unstable & transient!

        In fact, difficulties start to arise when people have preferences about others preference, occupy to arrange disposition or giving over to another…

        The whole trouble comes from the fact that we can’t accept or harmonize with someone unless we are in agreement with own… ideas, opinions, thoughts and way of doing things in conformity with others, when relates human actions.

        This attitude comes from judging others, we must be quite sure of the correctness of own judgments. It may seem not only difficult, rather found impossible to reach… as long as lives in the state of ordinary consciousness.

        What is needful is to enlarge the consciousness and aspire for the satisfaction and understand that everyone has own laws and preferences.

        It is necessary to find the ground of understand in a combination of individuals will and not to try that all may be the same in an identical preferential will. It is the exclusive human power of thoughts concurred by truth-consciousness which satisfy the will of the Nature… No human will can finally prevail without sanction & help of the others & nature. If passion leads creativity, then commitment leads the arrangement of preference, and disagreement approves instability…

        Yes! I do trust my range of preferences, generally does not frustrate any matured arrangements, rather intend to leave mark of some worth & values..
        The essence of my campaign… with more than century equations are ‘Open to Change’, that really add up and cares origin, causes & merit for the service of interest & purpose of relaxing; again a preference…

        In all probability itself, may correlate findings and further cross-correlation relate that… my Preference here, do not indulge any number obsession for dismal digits, networks, ad-sense, pro-motion, micro-fraction, desire-angle, vouch for gauges… even shares claims & urges like Versatility, Star or any Identity distinctions. Instead, I gained confidence effortlessly, by counting initiated preferences... leaving networks, comment counts & graceful  links…without invitations. The events of preference!

        No complex of any preferences! I being a ordinary desk bound employee, who is not a content Writer, Poet, Author, Critics, Columnist, Novelist, Blogger or Promoter, as long as enjoys comfort and ruled by preference; a perceived state of affairs. Incidentally, now better known as ‘Mango People’, associated here virtually by amidst talented, creative & awarded 'Post' personalities…

        Attention! always enforce own trivial preferences through understanding, over-standing or grandstanding...for true, good & useful, do the best by standard and utility and leave the rest to transform.

A sensible..Observation!

        It is not that I try to figure out any characteristics of sub-atomic particle or transgenic article; neither an intellectual endeavor nor an imaginative monologue or analytical transgression…to all intents and purposes.

        This is simply a rational activity of general relativity... to manage an extravagant pursuit of one idea. The response is critically based on Experience derived from the residency of the Blog site’s ignorance, adjustable preference to value based affirmation…It’s not a conflict between Image vs Reality, rather ground reality vs perception; viewable Virtuosity and audible Reality.

        In principle, I do hold the movement from silence to sound, and not allowed to suffice any posts since 9th. July’2012, in the light of reason and experience, which ultimately with time submerge to lose interest to act, having strategic disagreement, functional discord or cross functional concern & needs…

        The virtuous restriction has destinate to assert a condition…perhaps a tacit approval to enter a deal on economic model and be eligible to bring physical relief to the size-able published posts having block pictures. My all out effort repeatedly failed recovery from deterrent affiliation from last week of June’12. 

        Then the basic equation, conduct or webgenic association at different level, turned around to go with the flow… which do accommodates Ethics as much as Laws to function.

        A ‘judgment’ to stop postings on technical pursuit seems inevitable, as a natural tendency being in the right and conscious allocation, ultimately the result... experienced by senses, which took the circumstances with no imagination at work. 
        However the degree of choice assume my own Reality from underlying reality, spread balanced propriety, a set of combination in the process shaping from experiences.

        Thus, my judgment to be ‘present’ or ‘absent’ from the domain does not make much Sense, what make sense is called phenomenon… no personification but organizing some index of self respect. A ‘sense’ to perform in ways that seem appropriate, basically commuting to a meaningful and fulfilling purpose, it’s the sub-conscious impact of the cutting edge rationale sense of balance and proportion, where Experience is the next frontier…

        Taken the circumstances…of Reality, something that we each construct for ourselves… built around the idea of thoughts calls for Arrangements… In sequence I make some arrangements to manage... Self, functions, considerations and impacts; planned own work, content, quality and reliability…much happy! These do not suffer from attachment shock…

        I know that any Arrangement sooner or later will break down or has to change or meet re-arrangements.

Re-arranged Angle!

         Now let me set the tone for assessing the dimension of the revealing Experience escalates by evidence, when I suddenly recognize about lifting the constituent embargo of hosting to my web Album. I unearthed this reality at the last week of August’12, thereafter manage uploading and added another 500 picks at own dispensation. Subsequently, worthy physical recovery meted at tandems…

         By the way, inability factor and out of 'Separation and Association' dynamics, hold the promise in creating a vision document & memorandums for establishment of “The Next Future”… a committed platform and right climate for re-statement adding meaning to greater causes, by human experiences. A challenge in real terms…priority of leisure re-scheduled!

        Actually, it’s the freedom of my Mental Mind which takes part virtually; whereas my Physical Mind and Vital Mind do engage in fulfilling Reality, aspiration beyond duty bound entity.

        The composition of this post is supposed to determine next future of the Blog site and involved propriety. Although taken more than one month for careful thoughts, conceptual assessments, adherence to code of ethics & priorities; restrictively convinced to uphold equity and probity...

        So far timing is concern; this week is the best part of any year… Durga Puja rhythm, full of positive energy… holidays, hopping, roaming, relaxation, meeting, best foodies, events, surrounds creative installations of Art & Cultural display emerges. At this unique juncture and auspicious environment, I release this post as sign of contentment.

        However, I will insist on written posts only, as prevention of functional limits. Unfortunately, my Garden & Touring series remain prospond, being based on photographic gestures. Hope! to assume thoughts, motives, and interpretation in dealing with the reality for readers head and heart’s…
