Harmony between the Inner & the Outer!

Harmony between the Inner & the Outer!

Everyone is aware of the importance of its existence, but might have not notice the importance of the connection between what is happening outside and what is happening within i.e. inside

I like to take this idea a step further... You may realize that what is outside you changes what is within you, but also what is within you reflects what is outside you…

As such, if you go to someone’s home, and observe the room carefully, you can describe the entire personality of the occupant, down to the core, irrespective of economic ability. On the other hand, if you know a person thoroughly well, you can probably describe his entire room without seeing it.
Actually, by maintaining the room, one feels the change in his personality; it works on all the facets of self-expression…

Similarly, our personality reflects also the way we write… Even our handwriting is a direct reflection of our character… that’s Graphology, a separate faculty…

Now a day, specialists by study the hand writing can say... Is he honest? or trust worthy or disciplined or hard working? etc. Interestingly handwriting reveals what your marks don’t. Moreover, research has shown that change of handwriting, results to change in the personality as well…

Yes! The outer and the inner are so intimately connected...

Have you observed, that we constantly reflect our inner state? When we are confused, distracted, agitated, then our outer performance or action goes completely out of control… It is on the basis of which we feel the extremes, unsatisfactory or perfect days… If you have troubles, then may entered into confusion and feel disturbed. But don’t you realize the day when you are in the vibes of perfect harmony, clarity & peace within,  and the circumstances tends to fall into the same mood!

Certainly, we can take the trouble to enter the state we want to enter to bring that inner vitality, cheerfulness & energy, towards corresponding outer harmony.

Let’s make a conscious effort before attending any work to put inner & outer collaboration of harmony in the right state. The central change we need to bring is the conscious attempt to weave in the psychic influence… an aspiration, inspiration of joy, peace & love…

I had an experience a few years back where my circumstances compelled me to seek out cheaper housing in the poorer parts of the city. I was repulsed by my surroundings. As I stayed there and slowly began to break out of my judgements and preconceptions, the surroundings seemed to matter less, and actually began to get better. When I left the place after nearly two years, it was a beautiful place, with beautiful people, and I felt heartbroken to leave that place.

Very pertinent post. Let me invite you and your readers one step further and consider how the external environment is a reflection of our internal environment.

Look at what is around you in your life, and ask yourself, how does this reflect what is in me. Look at your inner self talk, beliefs, and state of being, and try and elevate it to a higher level, and then look around. Does your environment still appear the same?

Very precise and relevant. It does take a lot as I am experiencing these days but after you achieve it, it's a bliss.

Great post...

@ Subhorup Dasgupta,
Highly appreciate your endeavor to share your real life experience, which has left lasting impression. The division of external & internal environments are prominent as you rightly said and no doubt its challenges are ever growing. When humanity is gripped by pulls and counter pulls, besides features related to hugeness of economic, industrial, social & political life dynamics… it becomes more complex.
But dear Subhorup, my post prefer to reach for and at personal level considerations… do agree the differences & discrimination like others, as an ordinary human being.
But ‘Charity begins at home’, when I, me & myself are going in a way of belief, where I belong. One cant attend any need without strength, balance & peace, what the post speaks about. It is by having inner growth that one can find unfailing interest in life. There is no other satisfying way…
Please make your time to read my previous posts to find the reasons, at least don’t miss “Educated Elite & Hypocrisy”.

Many thanks & good wishes for your contribution.
