A Good Piece of Thought…

You can relate it to your life, and read carefully to attain the inherit spirit.

If you look at an Apple tree, there might be a few hundred apples on the tree, and each apple has ten seeds.
That’s a lot of seeds! Similar fact relates with different fruits, with difference in number of seeds only…

We may ask or might think! Why would you need so many seeds to grow just a few more apple tree?

But the nature has something to teach us here… It’s conveys… Not all seeds grow. In life, most seeds also never grow…

Thus, if you really want to make something happen, you had better try more than once, continue till achievement of the goal.

       This might mean:
·
  • You will have to attend say twenty five interviews to get one job.
  • You will have to interview fifty people to find one good employee.
  • You need talk to fifty people to sell one house or promote one post.
  • And you might meet a hundred acquaintances just to find one good human… a reader!

As such, when we understand the law of seeds, we don’t get disappointed, and stop feeling like victim, learn how to deal with things that happens to us.

Laws of Nature are not things to take personally, we just need to understand them and work with them.

The successful people fail more often, but they plant more seeds…

When things are beyond control, must be careful to avoid misery.
You must not make rules for how everyone should behave or response.
Then, when the others don’t obey your rules, you get angry, as most
        people’s do!

On the other hand, you expect that:
·
  • Friends should return favours,
  • People should appreciate you,
  • Every thing should arrive in time.
  • Everyone should be honest,
  • You’re near & dear should remember… …

This expectation may sound reasonable, but often these things won’t happen! So end up frustrated and disappointed…

        There’s a better strategy…

          Demand less…and instead have preferences.

When things are beyond your control… recall... “I would prefer this, but if that happens it’s OK too”… A change in mind set. It is a shift in attitude and it gives you more peace in mind.
You prefer that people are polite, but when they are rude, it doesn’t ruin your day. You prefer sunshine, but if it rains it’s OK too!

To become happy, we need to either Change the World or Change our thinking… It is easier to Change our thinking.
It is not the problem that is the issue but rather it is our attitude attending to the problem that is the problem.
It’s not what happens to you that determine your happiness. It’s has you think about what happens to you!...
