        When we think about leaders, we try to find them in Politics but they are equally present at all movements of life starting from spiritual to social, corporate to art & culture, profession to business, sports & games to family heads…

        The fundamental quality is the spirit that lends power on a strong base…

        A Leader gradually develops the following traits.

• 1.     He is first and foremost a true service provider, must not want the position. A good Leader has no value for worldly things which are temporary, pursues higher aims that are more permanent.
• 2.     He is able to communicate vision to the people. A Leader must be established in higher values.
• 3.     He is dedicated to the welfare of the people not driven by self interest.  A Leader must have an impeccable character and be above reproach.
• 4.     He who invest his unique talent and energies in that field. A Leader born with to follow inner callings & believe to identify it.
• 5.     He who believes intellectual judgments should prevail.  A Leader not gets distracted by whims & fancies, follows the clear reasoning of intellect & carefully thought decisions.
• 6.     He distinguishes obligatory actions, desire driven actions & prohibited actions. A Leader with hard work performs obligatory duties free from attachment.
• 7.     He performs action and ‘knows’ to work in a spirit of service and sacrifice for a higher ideal. A Leader must be in a foundation of a good higher ideal.
• 8.     He who loves people and feels one with them. A Leader evokes a powerful response from the people in a spirit for progress.
• 9.     He takes the stand and plays it to the best of his ability. The prerequisite of a Leader is his objectivity, witness attitude to become successful & happy.
• 10.    He cultivates the quality from humans thought textures. A Leader is a person who is objective, subjective, creative & effective…

        Now walk the talk which attracted the attention and lead the objective, when a pure and passionate Leader achieved calmness and serenity forever… The State & Citizens offering memorable tribute to Balasaheb Thackeray! End of an unique Indian Sena… depicts as a genuine Leader, may his soul rest in peace, condolence to his huge followers, fans, critics, friends & families…

Aggression! Two opposite Polarities…

        Commonly! Aggression is a fearsome power that is being applied unthinkably for various unjust reasons. The result of human aggression are always disturbing, as such most people do consider aggression are of a power that cause only destruction...

        We can’t deny, history speaks that aggression creates wars all over the world, beyond all good reasoning and most often gets out of control.

        The cause of aggression seems to be the possession of a kind of dynamism that takes control of particular peoples, and makes them act against the order of humanness…

        

        Likely, it is a power … dynamic, displays great strength and Nature is to fight.

        When this power is used negatively, its effect on peoples, materials and the environments… result are known and devastating, because it is controlled by motives, greed and self imposition. It's impulse knows no bounds, and strength has no limits to what it can accomplish, may fight till end.

        Interestingly, the material things like explosive that has all the same characteristics. When it is being used in known ways with strength to break and displace like warfare.

        But, when we consider opposite uses of this power… It can blast rock resulting creation, most often using material from mines for our ultimate purposes. Also, used on occasions of joy and ceremony, under careful control in fireworks.

        Thus, there are two polarities the same power is used, it's either for evil purpose or for goodness…

        
        Similarly, in human being his aggression has the same effects of two polarities, as dynamic will possess two opposite possibilities, towards evil purposed or to fight all conditions for good. Significantly, that it uses no limits in whatever way one chooses to use it.

        
        The transformation of this power can be accomplished from bad to good by intense understanding for peace. This is an innate part of our human make-up (not cosmetic)... needs real education.

        

        Everyone should know in life to look at all sides of anything & everything as far as possible...Be it material, person or happenings, to find the two polarities that always exist.

        Hope, my attempt will create some more thoughtfulness, carefulness, understanding, judgment and greater possibility of right action and responsibility.

In continuation of part-I...

        The exam system is designed for mass processing. Thus the criteria of evaluation, gradually trends to focus from subject to objective information’s. And the emphasis of objective criteria pushes out subjective knowledge. The entire worth is determined by answer to questions useful to pass exams, without bothering to understand… The facilitators try to drill the information’s, student learns by repetitions…

        The school’s charges higher fees, because it guarantees higher percentage, by selection of higher performing student, who will meet the demand of school’s reputation. At kindergarten starts entrances, forcing abstract thought processes before it is ready for them. This resulted to skip stages of its intermediate development and ends up in various mental perversions, depression… worldwide crisis; even dyslexia…arises as a side effect of Industrial minded organization & operations.

        Take a student’s daily routine, teacher and student ratio, can’t able to ask questions, after school additional fees & tuition, at the end parents takes the troubles to meet and explain as necessary! This industrial system ends repeating the process three times, losses of time, money and energy…

        As such, all over the world are driven to suicide out of stress, competition & fear of exam…

        Ultimately this mindset peoples will take charge of the family, society & nation, placed themselves from administration to bureaucracy, technocracy to judiciary, education to research, politics to business…again through the matured industrial mindset phenomenon… survival of the fittest!...Yes! Democratically!!

        Some achieves brilliant carriers, prosperous lives, lucrative jobs, and social renowned. But does it shapes feeling & ways in life?... Do all able to materialize the ideal in life and character?...or achieve central aim of humanity, values, faith, truth, moral, peace, love & knowledge?

        Can we find out a way to seek a mindset which innate to knowing by hearts & mind both? Otherwise it is not only difficult, rather impossible to correct the many interdependent distortions arising from the industrial mindset…

         In fact, the centre of intellectual gravity remain unsatisfactory or surpassing difficulty, rather hopelessly inadequate to the pressing demands of the present…and for greater demand of our future…

        Thus, if we want to penetrate down to fundamentals, then we need ‘Change’ towards march of truth & perfection, a higher individual, human destiny, endeavor to create a new World…International peace, if humanity is to survive and arrive at its fulfillment…

        Therefore, search for a new road for education, whose aims & method thought afresh! is essential. This search is describes from time to time by different genius & scholars.

        The Industrial concept, pattern, structure & overall scenario have been changing to accommodate the global demand; i.e. a right person, in a right place, at right time and for right job…

        Without quality education & quality human capital, growth and development of a country cannot be sustainable…

                    In the cross-road of “Industrial Mindset”: part-I

        Actually, we are bonded by the character of Industrial age, our thought process stamped with single dominating theme of machinery, industry & factory… production, marketing & distribution…economics, politics & statistics…

        When we view through the lens of Industry…Our World, Nation & Society appears as another gigantic machinery & Industry, with schools as factory, inevitable secondary results of the industrial mindset…

        The processes that emerge from educational system, which one cannot overcome the inertia of this mindset by forcing change in details, rather gradually reach in subvert of all peripheral changes and limit, neutralize or distort the ultimate results!

        In its perspective, the child is raw material; force through the gates of the factory called ‘School’, insider there is Teachers, as operators- the machines turns, twists, grinds and shapes the child, in order of schedule & curriculum. At each step of the assembly line of ‘grades’…which begins from and for twelve years continuously. As to test the product, the mass production assembly line ends in a massive exam based on mechanics of uniformity. The defective child is marked as failed, and out of the system, a reject of society… Through the similar approach & with different infrastructure inculcate professionalism by division of art, science & commence- faculty’s i.e. higher studies…

        Then, the pass out has to fit into society like a cog-wheel in a machine, designed for a standardized role in life and must cut off all other interests. Likely stick to one subject whom he seems to have competence or influence or been determined from marks or carrier guide etc. factors… After few years, he found himself inferior to revised products, having more evolutionary efficiency & competence to benefit the Industry…

        Through this process, the humanness is squeezed out of existence. As the end result, in general looses individuality, happiness or creativity. If we notice students their faces during exam days… no smiles… no life… masking fear. After exams violent reaction of freedom, finally ‘free’. Thrown books and as well as all they learnt…
