Ending for a new Beginning

Happy! The days of my working with DVC been ended in time

Basically, now all of my busy moments at desk is over forever

Online EBA access as an employee will be cease automatically

Left no change to either accuse nor able to utilise me anyhow

The last roll call been announce to bid my farewell, really well

Sense warm gesture at this Auditorium by the team of DVCian

The sound of silence of retirement is recording at my memory

Take some time and fall in the line to reboot a new life journey

As going sportingly to mark disassociation from all regulations

Though leaving a lot of attachment and my routine preambles

But taking away much more valuables, include fond memories

Wealth of skill, experience, knowledge and the liberty of time!

However left precious hope attached to our glorious enterprise

My work ends, tied with financial fitness and alternative means

Believe that, the degree of my personal gains was phenomenal

Now closely watch the progress of DVC with utmost attentions!

At this crucial juncture it’s not easy to come up with right words

My footprint of presence and layer of doings will gradually fade!

So lucky to correlate for a pretty long time being close associate

My flow will be on a focused network & an objectivity, be happy

It begin with realization! that an individual is truly nothing in DVC

But becomes everything when comes  to self, family & the society

Jai DVC! Let’s honesty, integrity & dedication bind you all together

I infuse a change perspective, that’s good end for a new beginning

Why there is Death! Chase Reality…

        The question of Death!... Nature puts continuously to life, as a reminder that it has not yet found itself… The Mystery!…

To love Nature is to love all life and being.

        This is a question, which every person has asked himself at least once in his lifetime, whose consciousness is awakened and is yet inevitable, as a need to perpetuate, to prolong and develop life. It offers panic or indignation, those who are sensitive by nature…But one has to chase the reality...

        There is a tendency to ask oneself… What is this farce in which one takes part without wanting to, without understanding it? Why we born, if it is only to die? Then, why all this effort for progress & developments!… If it is to come to a diminution ending in decline and disintegration?...

        Some may fell a revolt, other fell despair!

        The fact is that, everything is in a state of perpetual progressive development, i.e. the whole creation is advancing towards perfection, what seemed perfection at a certain moment, is no longer perfect after a time…

        The most subtle state of being in the consciousness, follow this progression and the higher up the scale, the more closely does the advance resemble the rhythm of the universal development.

        But the material world is rigid by nature; transformation is slow, almost imperceptible for the measurement of time, as human consciousness perceives it.

        As it appears, there is a constant disequilibrium between the inner and outer movement, and this lack of balance, this incapacity of the outer forms to follow the movement of the inner progress, brings about the necessity of Death… decomposition and change of forms.

        But if into this matter, one could infuse enough consciousness to obtain the same rhythm, it matter could become flexible enough to follow the inner progression, this rupture of balance would not occur, and death would no longer be necessary.

        It is obvious, that the dominant characteristic of matter is Inertia, and if there were not this violence, perhaps the individual consciousness would be so inert, rather Change it, and would accept to live in imperfection…that is possible!

       Anyway this is how things are made, and for us who try to understand, there is only one thing that remains to be done… It is Change all this… As far as we have the means, by calling the force, the consciousness, the power... which is capable of infusing into material substance the vibration which can transform it, make it supple & progressive.

        As soon as, the matter or object learn to follow this movement of progressive harmony, it will be possible for it to escape through a continuous progress of transformation, from the necessity of disintegration. Thus the irrevocable law of Death will no longer have any reason to exist.

Yes! it's an attempt to hold and communion this relevant post, as logical reality. Basically, allow and come to terms with that certainty... a familial seldom to find solance, overpowering indifference in a virtual domain.
As per law of Thermodynamics... When entropy is reduced...there is a supreme order. The Quantum Mechanics defines it is a state of vacuum.
I am aware of being constituted to have a very small identity, and choice is limited..dependent on faith & free will...
We need to move forward enlightened..'Become as we Think we are'... Hope for the best.

“Conscious Accelerated Evolution”

        Have you heard this term earlier! A four letter word...But until or unless explain, you may not recognize what I want to mean...It’s a quite interesting and much heard word…

        Every activity of life can be made a means for ‘this’ and that’s the whole point of life. Except that, most of us live unconsciously and mechanically!

        Just consider a typical day, from morning to night… What you do? Apart from reacting to circumstances! How many things have you done, where you consciously chosen to act in a certain manner, without response to some provocation? Think!

        Actually, we are victim of circumstance…

        But there comes a point with which is a state of ‘Maturity’, from where we begin to take charge. Understand! Don’t want to be a victim.

        ...“Don’t get unhappy just for someone said something.. and feel low. Why should think like that! That’s the problem of other who doesn’t understand..”.

        We have done it so many times, by choice... isn’t it!

        The problem is most of the time, we are not conscious of ourselves.

        If we can begin with those moments we are conscious and extend that effort to wider expanse. Then life will becomes consciously lived, and with this conscious living can able to accelerate the pace of change & growth.

        This conscious living, conscious acceleration and increasing control over circumstances…is the purpose of life. To grow through experiences, control circumstances and become conscious participants in own purpose… Life meaning becomes prominent.

        Expectantly, no more thrown about by the waves of life, but begin to row actively in the direction you want to go... this is called ‘Yoga’ and four letter word refers to it as Conscious Accelerated Evolution…That’s all.

        Yoga is not asanas or meditation; it means Conscious Accelerated Evolution… This movement of progress, forward movement of conscious change is precisely what I titled… derived from illuminated thought of Sri Aurobindo.

        As a matter of fact, everyone is in the process, knowingly or unknowingly…

Stay! Flow…Integral Educo.

        My central idea of the occasion is close to attend “Integral Educo” summit…Back to basics, for transformation and transmutation.

        Why?  What?  &  How? …

        Let’s clear about why! Since Stayfree believes! Born free will’s! IndiBlogger’s provides! free entry, Consortium offers! challenge, to bring Change of rhythm in the World…achieve together, a positive move...
        I choose ‘Intergral Educo’… keeping faith, hope, love; because faith makes everything possible, hope makes everything work and love makes everything beautiful.

        Actually, I prevail with ‘E’, begin from Latin verb ‘Educe’, and mean to draw forth from within; which has originated from ‘Vidhya’ in Sanskrit.  In between, propose dimensionality with exemplary grace of Time and Integral approach of science & technology, and human attitude & values.

          Now, what! & how! Integral Educo…

        If we want to overcome the limitations of formal Education, and rise far beyond, exceed oneself & nature. A drive to make the human unique set…a new objective of Education, with psychological significance and symbol of wholeness & integration…

        Presently! Education is viewed as another Industry and the mindset that emerges from the mass processing productivity system is industrial mindset.
        This Industrial Mindset gradually failed to spread all peripheral changes… Even limits, distorts or neutralizes results & expectations. The system & structures appeals something fundamentally deficient… need to Change, lacking uniformity and without individual variations… Isn't it!

        Consequently, humanity is undergoing an unprecedented crisis and Education is the key to overcome World crisis, as it prepares new generation to run the World, most importantly that will determine the future of humanity and the World…

        According to Integral Education (Educo)…Knowledge is already deep within; it is the innate psychic structure where it exists. Like a Mother knows everything about a Child, there is a connection of oneness by which Mother identifies with Child... 

        Thus a deeper and more embracing perspective for establishment of ‘New Mindset’ is desired for Integral Education…rebuilt the edifice of Education on fundamental insight the every Child is a soul in evolution here on earth in order to grow through experiences…

         A new approach towards Education will then flow... allow of gross physical body and refined essence of consciousness… beyond the ordinary field of senses…

         As we proceed, we will find for this insight, all else naturally emerges down to details. We can discover most advanced techniques of Integral Education, emerge spontaneously and flow naturally from this new mindset.

        With this foundation, we can and will proceed to the larger movement and undertake the look of creative process the ‘Yajna’ in Hindi that is Education.

        In this task of creation, the Student, the Teacher, the Knowledge, the means of Communication & the Environment represented by Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether, as any task of creation there are five symbolic elements. 

        A dynamic nature & process not something which need to be framed and formulated, should be open ended without effort, alike to measure the depth of an ocean...

Mind... to have the true intelligence

        So that all questions find their ways to answers by means of this bilateral process, ultimately both teacher and student becomes insignificant… imparting Integrity to education is to discard customs, superstitions & preoccupations and process of continuous renewal.

Sensations... to have the true feelings

        I know that my take ‘Time to Change’, is not something new or silent, rather eloquent and number of creative geniuses presides this formations according to their own models. This includes Rabindernath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda, and Sri Aurobindo…. Which for years being considered as one the best means of preparing the future humanity to receive the Supramental light and transform the Mankind of today into a new race…

Sensitiveness... to have the true dynamism

         Hope then individual consciousness will link to ‘Collective’ to access the tendencies of all Human being. In turn link with Cosmic Consciousness through us can access the true Change of Experience.

        Finally, my happy attempt to insert a 'spoon' inside the curry. I know! that its not the spoon but Tongue that can relish the taste of the curry...

        I would like to share, being helpless as unable to dream, though believe! 
Dreams always take a shape when we gives it a flow…

        Actually, the Internal perception & thoughts comprise the dreaming state, individual differentiated KNOWLEDGE in the process of one’s mind is Svapna (Dream), my understanding...

Not illusion! but illumination...

        The Shiva Sutras, Bhagavad-Gita consisting 18 chapters in Sanskrit i.e. Supreme Awakening…(112 techniques), where it is prominent that “Knowledge in the PROCESS of memory is dream”.

        However, when we are in dream sleep, all dreams are mental creations, like a movie, which you see yourself, others & events through there is duality of you on one side ( as subject) & that he & it on the other side (as object), they are your mental creation. 


        It is dream, a myth & an illusion that you created... 

        Based on Joseph Campbell’s view of dream sleep-“Myths of light”, has a link to the view:- “Life likewise is a dream, a myth & an illusion. 
        The heaven & hell, good & bad, god & soul, I & that, I & He & it are one. The acts in the dream are your acts, the it that he are you because then is nobody else, then are all within you, therefore we walk & work in a world of dream, Myth & illusion”...

        By the way,… Existence is ETERNAL but LIFE has ends….! The “Saktopaya”…quotes.. “He who realized his existence beyond birth & death, i.e. he, who plants a seed of CONSCIOUSNESS in his body using it like a WOMB, develops the consciousness completely & then delivers it through the medium of death”…

        However, in my opinion …the final dream! was a step in evolution which would raise man to a higher and larger “Consciousness” & begin the solution of the problems which have perplexed & vexed him since he first begin to think & to dream of individual perfection & a perfect body, mind & soul. This is a still a personal hope and an idea...learnt from great Sri Aurobindo's concept & statement of account.


        Although, have no regrets that I do lack something necessary or essential to attain dream, for my peaceful existence.

 The Science of Living...Life…

        Without aim, life is always miserable. Thus, one should have an aim in life. Remember! That on the quality of your aim depend the quality of life…The aim should be high & wide; generous & true to make you precious to yourself and to others…

        Now, towards perfect realization of your ‘ideal’ one have to realize perfection in yourself. To work for perfection the first step is to become conscious of self. To know the different parts of your being and their respective activities, you may find out the origin of movements…impulses, reactions & wills. These deserve perseverance and sincerity.

        If we truly want to progress and acquire the capacity of knowing the truth of our being, then eliminate whatever contradicts the truth of our existence.                              

        This work of unification demands some degree of perfection. To accomplish it we must be patient and achieve endurance with a determination, as far as it is necessary for the success of our endeavour.

        In pursuing purification & unification, we must take care to perfect the external & internal parts of our being.

        When the truth will manifest, it must find your mental being and to express itself which preserves its force and clarity. The words must find in you sufficient power of expression, to reveal the thoughts… and articulate in all your sentiment, willing, acts & all the movements, while these movements should attain their perfection.

        All this can be realized by means of discipline, the starting point is psychic, the seat of the truth of our existence. It is the capital importance to become conscious of its presence, to concentrate and make it a living fact and identify ourselves.

        To achieve the identification, find out which suits the best, with sincere and steady aspiration, persistent & dynamic will. One is sure to meet in one way or another… externally by study and instruction; internally by concentration, meditation, revelation & experience to reach the goal, through psychological, religious or mechanical methods…

        The vital must be trained, being the seat of impulse & desire of enthusiasm & dynamic energy of passion, can set in motion everything, build up and release; the most difficult part to train. It requires patience and demand sincerity. With collaboration of the vital no realization seems impossible. At these moments one must remain quiet, keep alive the flame of aspiration & the consciousness of the ideal, and awaken in it the goodwill.

        By means of a rational physical education, body strong & supple so that it may become a fit instrument for the truth from which wills to manifest, having a capacity of adaption and endurance. In this sound and balance life, reflect the harmony, give it the perfect proportions and the ideal beauty of form. This harmony will be progressive for the truth.

        As we rise this degree of perfection, which is the goal, made up of four attributes of the truth… love, knowledge, power & beauty…

The will to discover and realize is indispensable…

        Whatever we do, whatever our occupation and activity, the will to find the truth of our being and to unite it must always be living, what we do, experience and think.

        To complete this movement of inner discovery, the mental development is essential, so that a synthesis is found which unites the two contraries, with comprehensive ideas and elevation of thought…

        That of educating the mind and establishing control over feelings and their results, by undertaking exercises, since mind is not an instrument of knowledge, it cannot find knowledge, but must be moved by knowledge… It is an instrument of formation, organization & action.

        By progress of these functions that it attain its full value and real utility. The progress of consciousness one must try to understand other’s point of view, wherever there is disagreement on any matter and find out a solution which can reasonably satisfy both…

Revolving around 12th Jan’12…

        The day of 12^th Jan’2012 already passed with some marks as usual day, pride of ‘ National Youth Day’ and celebrating 150^th Birth Anniversary of a Genius & commanding personality Swami Vivekananda, born on 12th. Jan'1863 in West Bengal, India.

        Now, I prefer to take you in the ambit of Swami Vivekananda and his own statement of account, who was genuinely a great achiever, philosopher, academician, inspirational thinker, and spiritual leader. It is Shri Ramakrishna as ‘Master’ or ‘Guru’ gave him the God vision and transformed him to a sage & prophet with authority to teach what he follows to the best possible ways and means… that everyone is aware.

        You are also aware, of the great speech of Swami Vivekananda on Hinduism at Chicago’s Parliament of Religion in 1893, which makes our country proud.

        But, in the year 1899 during second visit to America engaged in academic activities… written, given speaks & taken classes to teach Vedanta Philosophy like other science subjects.

        What was his actual intension, could have remained undiscovered, if on 27^th Jan’1890 (i.e. 112 years before) Mrs. Bowler the then President of Shakespeare Club, do not questioned him at the city of Pasadena, California, America, during attending a lecture session… 

         Mrs.Emeline Bowler asked during the programme day… You used to deliver lecture... actually what is your work? What is your life’s mission and how do you what to achieve it?

         Swami Vivekananda replied…

“My mission is million & million of peoples…must have a better piece of bread and a better piece of rag on their bodies”.

        Reasonably, everyone present there was considerably surprised, because he is known as Religious leader at his Country and academic philosopher to the rest of the World. What! His mission is not as religious campaigner & organizer, but wish to render for countrymen hunger and wearing.

        Then how his life ambitious can be fulfilled and how India’s common citizen will have food & cloth?...

        He himself has given the answer going to the route of the problem, “Indian peoples a practical want of intellectual education about life on this earth”. That needs to be arranged.

        But how?... It’s by “Opening schools”. According to his opinion…opening & operating school can’t ensure education! …Because, “The boy of 4/6 years would better go to the plough or to work, then to your school”. Then?... “If a ploughman’s boy cannot come to education, why not meet him at the plough, at the factory, just wherever he is, go along with him… like his shadow”…

        Who will go? Who will teach them?

        His reply was more out bursting!...” I must tell you that am not a very great believer in monastic system”. An astonished statement!…adjoined...

        “There must be centre’s to educate these monks in the method of education and that teaching requires tremendous centre’s… means teachers, training and for that need strength of money”.

        For the development & progress of the country Swami Vivekananda laid his plan in easy terms…

        Investment for establishment of quality Institution; creating good teachers, those teachers to be send to the each students; children should be given practical education; that education will help to give earning ability; lakhs of people will get good food & cloths...

        He started the work and said!...“I am glad to tell you I have a rude beginning”, but can’t finish, within two & half years the great soul left the body as on 4^th July’ 1902... being only 39Y-5M-24days...      

        The most important task seems incomplete after more than hundred years, rather 112 years…

        We all pray him, believe his philosophy, support him…But don’t know why we not yet understand his plan of action…i.e. create good teachers and give practical education…then progress will certainly come…as pronounced by the Great Swami Vivekananda, 112 years back! even relevant today...

        Let’s revolve around this central idea… and seek change the present approach. Where a teacher with initial profile & dependency on such qualification, in general leading a carrier of 35 years education to children’s…

Testing for Gossip…Triple filter!

         In ancient Greece, Socrates was reputed to hold knowledge in high esteem. One day, an acquaintance met the great philosopher and said, “Do you know what I just heard about your friend?”

         “Hold on a minute,” Socrates replied. “Before telling me anything I’d like you to pass a little test. It’s called the Triple Filter Test.”

         “Triple filter?”

         “That’s right,” Socrates continued. “Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you’re going to say. That’s why I call it the triple filter test. The first filter is Truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?”

         “No,” the man said, “Actually I just heard about it and ...”

         “All right,” said Socrates. “So you don’t really know if it’s true or not. Now let’s try the second filter, the filter of Goodness. Is what you are about to tell me about my friend something good?”

         “No, on the contrary…”

         “So,” Socrates continued, “you want to tell me something bad about him, but you’re not certain it’s true. You may still pass the test though, because there’s one filter left: the filter of Usefulness. Is what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me?”

         “No, not really …”

         “Well,” concluded Socrates, “if what you want to tell me is neither true nor good nor even useful, why tell it to me at all?”…

        I do personally, like this concept approach as far as possible. Do we use such filters subconsciously or consciously quite often? I think it’s helpful…in a way to maintain peace & tranquility and use at least one filter out of the mentioned three:)… May or may not be useful, depends on attitude!
